But if a logged in user enter a page with the [newsletter_profile] shortcode, if he’s a subscriber, he should see the profile and hence the export link.
But no other data can be exported than the one of the subscriber.WP has a new export tool for regular users, I don’t know if there is a link on their profile page we’ll start the integration work on next weeks.

StefanoKeymasterYes, that is exactly the process. Newsletter subscribes the contact just before CF7 sends the contact email. The subscription is the regular subscription process of Newsletter.
For each CF7 form you can configure how Newsletter should intercept and manage the collected data. The only modification required, if desired, is to add the subscription checkbox in the CF7 form (see the documentation on this site for more details).

Check our documentation page about the delivery engine and ask support to your provider to setup an external trigger. Probably your blog has not much traffic, or the cache is blocking the scheduler or the provider does not allow “autocalls”.
Our documentation has few examples you can bring to your provider attention to solve that problem.

Forget the status panel for a couple of days and probably everything will be fine after 48 hours. If the problem persists you should ask the provider is the server is using an update DNS server.

But, just an opinion: if someone subscribes the only reason to cancel is when you send him a newsletter (which has the cancellation link)… hence I won’t worry too much to have an unsubscription form on your site.

StefanoKeymasterYou’re offering in you blog the option to subscribe to your newsletter. If the checkboxes are options regarding the contents one prefer, they’re like options while purchasing a product and so they’re not different personal data processing options. So, yes, they can stay prechecked.
If a checkbox regards the possibility to share the personal data with a third party, that is a different use of data and it cannot be prechecked (just an example).
Be clear in your form what you’re going to do with data and if you’re not bundling really different things (like a newsletter, an ebook and the consent to share the data with others) you don’t need to have specific opt-in checkboxes.
You’ll note a change in the offering from now on. For example who were asking for data to send and ebook and then filled your mailbox with marketing message, now ask for separate consent to send those message.
Shortly they could change the form saying: subscribe our newsletter and you’ll get a free ebook. That make clear you’re subscribing a newsletter and not giving your data only to get an ebook. That is not a trick, is a way to be clear.

Probably in automated you set it to ignore the last sent day and process all the posts. Pay attention: the theme preview is just a preview and uses even old posts, you should look at the newsletter preview.

Check the speed on main configuration and set it respecting the service you’re using to send emails. For example ask your provider which are their limits.

You can dump out all the old options starting with newsletter* from the old site wp_options table in the new one. Check even for specific wp_newsletter* tables.

Since every list is a column in the subscriber table, you can try to set the NEWSLETTER_LISTS_MAX define (see the documentation) and reactivate the plugin to have all that lists.
