    Current Import list format is:

    email[separator]first name[separator]last name[separator]gender[new line]

    How do I create a custom format?

    The standard importer cannot manage custom formats, we have an advanced import add on which is more flexible (still in beta) where CSV field can be mapped.

    I’ll check if it is available to the public.
