Is it possible to add a privacy checkbox to {profile_form} ?

Hey – I am setting up the Newsletter Plugin and was wondering, if there is a possibility to add a privacy checkbox to {profile_form} due to GDPR in Europe.

No, the privacy is accepted, mandatory, during the subscription process. When you have stored the subscriber’s details in your database, you must already have the consent. So asking the privacy in the profile form is not useful. What about if the user uncheck the privacy? You wouldn’t anymore authorized to process his data. But for that case there is the unsubscription.
