Two possibilities: or the wp-cron.php is generating an error (try to call it with a browser) or the external cron call is blocked (even if you changed the file name).
How did you setup the external trigger?
Uhm, that is odd since on backend we load only what is needed and in our admin pages. It sounds like if something is running and is reaching a timeout.

Hi, looking at the error code, the smtp plugin you’re using has not the correct credentials. You should be sure the smtp plugin is able to send email, otherwise even Newsletter is blocked.

Hi, the custom theme is the most immediate option. But you can even register a custom composer block (we have not published the specifications on how the block should behave to interact with automated, but if you look into the “posts” block it should be easy to find it out.
Last alternative is to ask us to implement more controls on the custom block… ideas are always welcomed!

BTW the theme preview is simply a generic preview of what the theme could generate. The newsletter preview is what it would be included in the newsletter IF it is generated in that moment (since the generated newsletter depends on the new content).
If there is new content and the filter selection on automated should get it out but it doesn’t happen, there could be a bug or a problem into the theme.
Which version of automated are you using? Version 4.4.2? Which theme are you using? The default one or a custom one? Please note: the “theme” is not the blog theme, but the automated newsletter theme.

Hi, the 1×1 image is the tracking image. The “data” block is not by us, it means something (or in the blog or in the mail server) is transforming the linked image to an embedded one. BUT that kind of embedding, as far as I know, is not well support by email client.

Hi, it seems you have issues with WP scheduler which is not running properly. This even, nxs_hourly_event, is not by Newsletter but that means the scheduler is not triggered.

Hi, the wp integration acts ONLY on standard registration page of wp. It anyway intercepts the creation of a new user so if you set the addon to subscribe every new registered user it should work (only when the customer is registering not for guest checkouts).
The woocommerce addon, instead, interacts even with the registration form of woocommerce.

Hi, a newsletter created as a single entity has no relation with previous newsletter so it will include the number of posts you set on configuration or block configuration. Automated is an addon which generates autonomously newsletter using a scheduled plan and the content available.

The only thing I can imagine is to have as many channels as many are the regions you have and create the relative lists so the user can choose what receive. Then you need to configure a theme for each channel to extract the correct news, maybe you need to code a special theme for that.

Hi, no it’s not possible, the email address is considered an unique identification field. If the mailbox of your users supports it, they can user the format username+variant@domain.com, where the “+variant” does not actually change the email address which remains username@domain.com but for Newsletter they are different email addresses.

what you see in the status panel is what is returned by php, there is no cache, so that is the actual PHP version and server ip. You should check with your provider. If you moved the domain, could be your computer is still accessing the old site since the DNS has not already updated.

You can convert the newsletter in a HTML newsletter in the panel after the composer.After composing the newsletter, press “next” on page bottom and you can choose few other parameters and send.

You should eventually biuld up a voting system using the subscriber database to check for duplication, but there is not a direct way to do that with Newsletter.
Hi, the missing file reported (admin-ajax.php) is not used by our plugin, hence that is another error not connected to newsletter. Probably that error is due to the prefix /pt/, maybe added by a multilanguage plugin.
You should try to find out an error related to the url https://coinrevolution.com/?na=s which is an action url by newsletter which called directly works perfectly, giving back “invalid” which is correct.
I suspect you have problem with the mailing system. Check from status panel if your blog is able to send emails.Stefano.

Hi, about the conversion in HTML I’ll check it, it should not breaks up the preview. I’ve added a scheduler review not base on your report, I think we can review it this week. For posts, a newsletter is generated as HTML while editing, is it now regenerated in sending. Delivery depends on your hosting. Run a test from the status panel, is nothing is actually reaching your mailbox, ask the provider for problems or limits. Ask them an SMTP as a possible alternative.

Hi, generally every theme provided as pure HTML can be used, starting a newsletter with the HTML template and copy inside the HTML source. We have not a method to upload a zipped theme. Remember that images must be uploaded separately and the link to that image fixed by hand since the html themes are mostly containing relative references to images.

Hi, as I can see in the error log, there is only a problem of authentication (the password is not correct) on port 587. On port 2525 the connection is refused, means your provider is blocking it. 25 and 465 -> timeout, again the provider is blocking them.

Hi, it means the link is not conveying information about the subscriber. Usually is could be a problem of server configuration changing the query string or removing it /for example by a caching plugin.

Hi, we never supported two template for the activation and welcome email messages. Only a single template can be applied and the texts customized from the subscription settings panel.
The custom welcome page can be set on the subscription setting panel if you need to have a specific url loaded after the activation (with double opt in) or after the subscription (with single op in).

Usually this is due to a security plugin OR security setting at the server level, which blocks the saving of a full HTML page (like it is a newsletter). Try to ask the provider to check that possible problem.

You should add custom CSS. You can add them in the main Newsletter config panel, you can ask the designer to create a set of css for you. Or, if that is the standard from rendering, ask the designer to (gelerally) deal with form rendering in the footer.
No, the privacy is accepted, mandatory, during the subscription process. When you have stored the subscriber’s details in your database, you must already have the consent. So asking the privacy in the profile form is not useful. What about if the user uncheck the privacy? You wouldn’t anymore authorized to process his data. But for that case there is the unsubscription.

Try from the subscription form configuration panel: there you can translate almost every label.

Every plugin update (by WordPress) deletes the plugin folder. You should not store modification in any plugin folder, but use custom location when provided by plugins. For example, Newsletter make available a special folder for custom themes. See the custom theme page:

The addon could decide to start the scheduling from the day after, to avoid double delivery on the same day when the time is changed.

Using the autoresponder add on you can setup your followup (one or more) addressing it to a list. When a product is purchased you should remove the customer from the targeted list.
If you use woocommerce when have a set of filter you can configure to accomplish the behavior above.Alternatively you need a bit of custom code which is able to set the list_N to zero in the subscriber table for the customer which needs to be removed from the targeted list.

Hi, the textual version can be sent ONLY if you use an SMTP or set the “direct mailing” from the Newsletter main settings. There is no options to send ONLY a text email, they will always be an html+text part email, then the email client will choose what to show. Actually, I don’t think there are email clients showing the textual part only and if the case, the will be a really small part.
And, yes, some spam filter are still using the text part presence to lower the spam score… of course I think this practice is almost obsolete.

We’re looking on how to deal with that problem (it’s not limited to divi there are some other themes showing the same behavior).

newsletter_subscription_lists is only the list definition. You can change the definition on list management panel. If a list is missing the label but used it won’t appear, just give it a label.
