    Hi

    I have been using thenewsletter plugin with great success till the latest update. since the update was done all mails that have been sent out have been bouncing back as undeliverable, also I am now unable to set up the smtp in configuration, I keep getting this error: “SMTP connect() failed”

    Please advise.

    Hi, smtp connect failed means the smtp values are not working but we do not changed the SMTP integration. Can you check the SMTP settings? Are you using even an SMTP plugin?

    Thanks for the prompt response.

    I have tried different smtp settings for different servers and same results.

    Im using the smtp configurations that are part of the plugin, should I be using another plugin?

    Hi, the connection failed could be a problem of your provider blocking it. Try to open a ticket. You can even try to use an SMTP plugin just to see if something changes, but our SMTP implementation is standard, it should work.

    The connection failed sounds to be a network problem.
