Two weeks ago we started getting about 10% of the newsletter recipient’s emails kicked back to us, for no apparent reason. They seem to be only comcast.net and gmail.com emails. They are not outdated emails as some of them were added within the last few weeks. Has this happened to anyone else before/ anything I can do to remedy this situation? Thanks.

You should use an SMTP (ask your provider for that, if they provide even the mail service). Or use and external email delivery service (like sendgrid, amazon ses, mailgun, …).
The problem is usually the server which hosts your site which is not considered reliable.

    Thank you for responding Stefano,
If we integrated an external email delivery service such as the programs you listed above do you think that would fix the issue? We are not very tech savvy, can you elaborate on what an SMTP is and how we would be able to use it? Thank you so much for your time and responses.
