Senders name and email from newsletter is not send

Hello,
since a few updates ago the sender’s name and email is not send with newsletter, instead the admin’s email and name is used.
But in settings I fill in form the email of sender: “mailinglijst@bethelkerk-weert.nl” and senders name: “Protestantse Gemeente Weert – Budel”.
Because it worked before I asume it is a bug in the latest version ? Or what can I do to fix this ?
I already deactivate and reactivated the newsletter plugin.

Hi, we never use the admin email. Have you an SMTP plugin installed which changes the sender?

I not use SMTP, it is disabled.
But I get the name Sender: Administrator (Martijn) <webmaster@bethelkerk-weert.nl>
Instead of Sender: Protestantse gemeente Weert-Budel <mailinglijst@bethelkerk-weert.nl>
