    Emails won’t send via automated, if i test the status panel it gives me this error: Last test failed with error “Undefined index: item_name”.

    Please help

    Hi, item name does not sound to be something of Newsletter. Have you an SMTP plugin installed?

    No SMTP plugin installed.
