Unsubscribe Link Broken + Confirmation on Subscription

Hey Guys!
As you all know, the end of any newsletter must have an unsubscribe option. However the current configuration available is not working, going to 404 Not Found page. Can you please help me getting the correct code?

Another question, upon subscribing, how can I send an email to the new subscriber to confirm his email subscription? Currently there is an automated message but it doesn’t have this confirmation which must be available.

The {subscription_form} is going to new page, it should remain on the same page and show the message of subscription. How can we do that please?
