Hi. Great plugin but I received a LOT of complaints from people that they’ve been receiving email from me every day. HUH? I’ve been sending once a week maybe.
Upon checking, I’ve noticed that I’ve also had several repeated email land in my PROMOTIONS email. All of the newseltters have either been delivered in full or paused.
Is there any way that the plugin can repeatedly send email through even though it’s completed it’s cycle? My host says it’s nothing to do with them.
Hi, that should not happen. Can you enable the debug log level on main settings, add email@example.com as a subscriber (so if we receive the newsletter we can check togheter the headers)?
Could you even contact me privately to exchange the logs at firstname.lastname@example.org?
