    Is there not a way to style automated newsletters? I don’t see a way to change link colors or anything? Or am I missing something?

    Hi for Automated support you should use the tickets. Anyway, automated can work with a theme (packaged or custom) or with the new composer.

    Very specific styles can only be applied coding CSS rules.
