    Sometimes when I drag a widget in the editor, it shows a gray box with a spinning green cog instead of the widget’s content.

    In the past I was able to fix this changing the editor from visual to html, but in the last update the html editor disappeared and now my newsletters have these ugly gray boxes I can’t delete not even using css.

    Please help me.

    Hi, those gray boxes should no be there. Probably when the rendering of a block fails they are not removed. Thank you for reporting, I’ll check that issue.
    You can convert the newsletter in a HTML newsletter in the panel after the composer.

    I found the Convert to HTML button, thank you so much! I hope you can fix the gray boxes issue soon
