In the "newsletter" page the empty form is always empty

I studied your documentation and guides, but there is one thing that doesn’t work.
In the “newsletter” page the empty form always appears even if I am inserted in the mailing list. This does not allow me to change emails.
how do i solve?

Hi, can you explain me better what you’re trying to get? If you’re subscribed, you’re just registered in a database, not logged in in a site. You can access the profile form when you click on the {profile_url} on newsletters you receive.

Hi Stefano and thanks for having replied,
from your guide (https://www.thenewsletterplugin.com/documentation/profile-page), I realized that to manage your subscriptions, edit the email, add your name, etc. you can do from the newsletter page.

This is not possible on my newsletter page.
