Callt-to-action Form empty?

Hi everybody,
I’m having a strange issue and hope somebody can help 🙁
I still don’t undestand fully why – but on some computers at my clients office (doesn’t matter which user is logged in) – the call to action form stays empty:

Oh, and it also happens when I start a new template – so its not related to a specific template….

I’m totally clueless – what could be the reason? I dont have this problem?
I tried different browsers (chrome, fifo, ie) – and different computers….
would appreciate any help 🙁
