Hello,
I’ve got a problem with the plugin because it doesn’t display the captcha in the frontend, but in the plugin’s settings, the captcha is enabled: https://prnt.sc/ltfw9w

The plugin’s version is 4.5.2.
How can I solve?

Your version is anyway really old, you should upgrade.
