Page not found error when saving or sending a newsletter

Whenever I try to save or send a newsletter I have created I get a “Page not found error” and nothing is saved or sent. The ‘test’ option seems to work.
It’s looking for the page …wp-admin/admin.php?page=newsletter_emails_edit&id=2. Can anyone help? I have the newsletter plugin loaded on one of my other websites and it works like a dream.

Hi, another plugin is intercepting the saving and blocking it. Could be even a security module on your server.

I have the same problem.
I have a newsletter that can not be send because of this error

It worked in january 2026, but now it will not.
Even when I deactivate all th other plugins I get the same error message.
I am running the latest version of WordPress (7.0) and all do not see any errors in the system.

Hi, the block can be due to a server setting, ask the provider about the security module and to try to disable it.

I willask my provider.
For now I solved the problem by maken a new newsletter from scratch (so I did not use a template).
That worked!

So the client is happy!
And I am too.

So, it means some content generated by that template is “triggering” a firewall filter. 🙂
