issue with Events Manager

Hi, we’ve just migrated over to Events Manager plugin so that we can avail of the drag and drop feature for the extension in Newsletter. My only issue is that I cannot edit the text in the Events body (like i can in the body of any posts).

Also, when we publish the newsletter, the events appear in a much darker font than appears in the newsletter editor.

appreciate if anybody has experience of this or a fix.
