Check if a user clicked a button on newsletter

I wanted to ask if there is a possibility to check is a user has clicked a button on the newsletter.
Is this option possible:To check if the user has clicked a button on the newsletter that was sent to him?

Detailed link clicking are collected and reported using the reports add-on. if you need to know if a specific link was clicked by a specific user, you should look into the database, we have not a so detailed report (even if could be useful).

it’s just a matter of check for a specific user or to start subsequent actions?
