image width same a newsletter width (e.g. width of the text block)

When I add a new image it looks oke in the visual editor.
However if I send a test email the image takes the width of my email viewer window instead of the width of the newsletter itself (e.g. the width of the rest of the newletter)

What do I do wrong?
How to fix it?

Solved. I removed the image block and inserted the image block again, added the same picture.
Now it seems to work.

Ok, we added more html structure recently to better deal with outlook, maybe you were using outlook as client?

I use Outlook 2016 and I am still having the same problem.
All images are huge in my test email, even though the preview looks perfectly justified.
Please help.
