Detailed link clicking are collected and reported using the reports add-on. if you need to know if a specific link was clicked by a specific user, you should look into the database, we have not a so detailed report (even if could be useful).

If with “graph” you means images, we just send the newsletter text as you can see while composing. Maybe the provider is blocking the image loading from email clients. or your email client is blocking the media because it does not trust the originating domain.

Hi, the visural editor (not the drag and drop composer) can strip some code when not perfectly formatted. The editor is a tinymce version (the latest one) and usually it does not strip avay the code.

Hi, the final delivery is accomplished by your provider mailing system. If it accepts the message but later is not able to deliver to gmail or Google does not trust the provide and drop the messages, we cannot do much more.
You can try to use an external SMTP, if your provider provides even mailboxes to you, you can try to use its SMTP.

Hi, translated press is used only to translate the subscription process. Newsletters cannot be translated since the are sent directly to your subscribers and they cannot “switch language”.
You should write a newsletter for eqach language and send it to your subscribers selection them by language. The segnmentation by language is by list associated to the language, see the lists panel and out multilanguage documentation on this site.

No, it’s a cron problem. Check the page https://www.thenewsletterplugin.com/documentation/newsletter-delivery-engine and setup an external cron call. You can check if the problem is the cron from the status panel.

Hi, where did you see those “contacts” count? After the newsletter is composer click the save and preview and you can select the targeting.

Newsletter tries to set it self the execution limits to an higher value when required, of course if the execution limit can be changed. The max required is 300 seconds, but only when it is delivering the emails (and it depends on how many email per hour has been configured).
The cron must be triggered every five minutes. Please check the delivery speed documentation page on this site for more details and tips.

}Yes, we know, we started to work on an AMP compatible set of form, but they require a strict integration with amp plugin since the AMP form feature must be loaded and the form need to make ajax posts and few other little things.
We hope to be able to release a specific extension for AMP (or we can all hope AMP will die :-).

Hi, actually the changes should not be lost if you don’t reconfigure the blocks, even if the composer needs a special HTML structure. I’ve changed many time the code generated by the composer without loosing it on subsequent editing sessions.
Try to to use the back button, be change from html editor to view mode and then use the edit button un top of the preview which reopen the composer.

Hi, you need to code a custom theme. We have not room right now for custom coding, but a theme is nothing else than a loop between posts, like in a WP theme, so a code should be able to start from our default theme and change the filter.

Hi, check on SMTP panel to have it enabled. When success is reported is meaqns the email has been moved to the underline mail service (local, smtp and so on) with success. If the email never ends in the recipient’s mailbox, it means the mailing system is blocking it.

Ciao, stiamo modificando l’integrazione con gli utenti in modo tale che il nome venga sempre preso dal profilo WP, perché spesso è quello che “comanda”, nel senso che è un profilo gestito dall’utente ad esempio con woocommerce. Avendo il nome in due punti diversi ovviamente si crea un possibile conflitto, in quanto anche nel profilo di newsletter c’è la possibilità di impostare il nome.
Stiamo quindi cercando di capire bene come e se tenere sincronizzate le cose. Ad esempio alcuni preferiscono che i due profili siano completamente separati… e quindi accontentare tutti non è banale o implica inserire molte opzioni.
Dovremmo fare a breve dei rilasci aggiornati dell’estensione wp users integration.

Hi, the reports extension gives you a list of the contacted subscribers with a newsletter and who opened your email. There is no way to know if a mail has been classified as spam. The provider is right in suggesting to change the SMTP, but which SMTP did you use? Is an SMTP correctly configured to send email from the sender you set in the plugin? OVH should give you an SMTP for emails of addresses in your domain, why not use it?
Have you tried with an external service like sendgrid, mailgun and so on?
Newsletter just move the message to the SMTP you selected, it cannot control if that SMTP is classified as a spam server.

usually this is an incompatibility with another plugin adding js code to our pages. if possible try to disable other non essential plugins and check. the theme it self can be the cause but disabling the theme could be a problem.

I believe you should switch to the single checkbox like explained in the CF7 integration to allow marketing communication. The idea to show in a web page two exclusive selections yes or not originated from the paper consent collection where a single checkbox can be falsified and so there should be a clear tick on yes or not. In a webpage you can use the checkbox.
I suppose this requirement comes from a privacy consultant which is used to work with paper privacy collection methods.

All messages can be configured, just enter the admin panel for profile, subscription, unsubscription… and you should try a “reset” of that panel, probably the german translation has already been downloaded.

Hi if you’re not using the ovh SMTP you should report them that a problem exists when the blog sends emails since WP does not use the ovh email service.

Other reasons could be a connection problem or block between your blog and our server, you can anyway download the extension directly from your account page.

It could be the registration form not generated by Newsletter and missing the current language the user is using to visit your blog. Try with a generated form, for example staring from the newsletter dedicated page.

Hi, to undertsand the problem I need to see a not working url and debugging it. Almost surely there is a server side redirect not correctly working or a caching plugin (we had issues with wp-rocket) which changes the url format bracking the signature.

We removed one of the messages and left only the one reporting a late scheduler execution, but we should address this topic since it is creating confusion.
The message is not about the delivery speed is about how the WordPress scheduler is working. Newsletter relies on that scehduler to send messages (at speed set on main settings).

The api key to be used with our api extension is just a secret token you set in the extension. If your signup form creates a WP user you can user the wp user intergration extension and add a checkbox named “newsletter”. Of course your signup must call the wp specific function used to signup a user so those events can be intercecpted by Newsletter.

If that plugin uses the standard WP functions to register a user, the extension “WP user integration” should be able to intercept the registration and subscribe the user. Just configure it properly, for example forcing the subscription upon registration.

Is the page set ad dedicated page on main settings? That page contains the [newsletter] shortcode? Are there warnings on the admin side?

Hi, are you sure the plugin has bugs and it’s not a configuration problem in your blog? About the double profile edit the page where the profile is appearing twice, what’s inside?
And in the subscriber profile configuration panel, what’s configured? Have you changed the defaults? Which is the site where I can try to subscribe and edit my profile?

What do you mean with “is not possible to edit the text of a newsletter”? Are you using the composer or a theme? since there are tons of users composing and sending newsletters and we have not bugs like yours reported, it could be a conflict with a third party plugin. Again, to check problem like that we need at least a screenshot or a clear description, step by step on how to reproduce the problem.
