Bug on unsubscribe-newsletter-page?

if you click in a newsletter-email on this part to unsubscribe the newsletter: https://gyazo.com/90deb0efa9f7b9ee4db046f2612028d3

then you come to this unsubscribe-newsletter-page: https://gyazo.com/163dab6509e4f763415597876a8400f2

alright, but here you can see 2 times of a email-box on this page, but why? Its a bug? How I can fix this?

I dont have any news on this issue, this bug is still present.

Hi, check the subscription configuration panel: the deutsche translation had a problem in the past and you’ll find a double {subscription_form} in the subscription text option. Remove one of the two.

Then be sure the dedicated page for newsletter selected on main setting contains only the [newsletter] shortcode.
