unsubscribe for web view

Hey guys,

when a newsletter recipient clicks on “view on web” afterwards linked to the site where I have redesign the newsletter on a whole site, how can I approve, that the unsubscribe link, down below works for his specific user account?

The unsubscribe link works automatically if the user open the webview from his received original email.
