Link to newsletter is available only on the main page

Hi.
I’m new here. I have a blog and today i installed your plugin. It’s very good but link which is in the navigation bar and the widget at the sidebar is available only at the main site or if you click in the “Newsletter” in the menu at the top of site. Here’s the link: mikbooks.esy.es. You can check the problem.
Please help.

Sorry but I cannot understand your issue. The link in the menu is always there and the widget is showing on pages with the sidebar (your home page has not a sidebar).

So click on the random post, for example “Lśnienie” and take a look on the sidebar and menu.
