    Hi,

    In the process of setting up a follow up email series.
    The follow up is not using the default template.
    It seems like it is always using the blank template.

    Is this a known bug? Is there something I can do to fix this?

    Hi, we are not aware of that bug, anyway if you’re experiencing that problem, please open a ticket so the right staff member can help.
