Newsletter stores the options on wp_options as every other plugin, and subscribers, newsletters, logs, …, on custom tables. So your publishing system is probably publishing even those custom tables.

That time depends on your mailing system (in the webserver or the external service if you use an SMTP), changing the PHP ram has no effects (and giving to every single PHP process 4G of ram is not a good idea).

Newsletter is made to send mail marketing campaigns, it does not sent blog updates. But using the Automated addon you can create an automatic newsletter channel (or more than one).
The unsubscribe link can be created with a text block, adding a regular link with the destination {unsubscription_confirm_url} (it’s a tag which is then replaced by Newsletter).

No, it’s not possible (a newsletter is a full and complete HTML page), but you can publish them with our Archive addon.

You should not send email as xxxxx@gmail.com with amazon ses, since the gmail domain is controlled by google. You should use your won domain and verify the email address you want to use. It’s likely that Amazon do not support sender with @gmail.com as domain.

Hi without see the site is not easy to understand the problem. The page used by Newsletter is a regular WP page, maybe you need to adjust the layout in that page with you theme options.

Hi, probably you have mod_security active in your web hosting: ask the provider to try to disable it.
In this case you should simply change the links with bit.ly, for example or using the UTM by google analytics which lets you to collect aggragtes.

Hi, that is impossible, our plugin cannot delete itself and, anyway, the database is not touched during the update process. So all your data and subscribers is still theme, of course if you have not some kind of blog reset procedure which for sure is not part of WordPress or Newsletter.
Please, check your database, or ask a technician to check it for you, and look for “newsletter_*” tables. There you can find all your data. If those tables are not there you should definitively check what happened in your blog.
You can install Newsletter again, and it will show you the data store into your database.

Noto che il link tracciante (puoi sempre disabilitare il tracciamento quando mandi una mail, ovviamente prima di mandarla), ha come prefisso /newsletter/ come se il sito fosse stato installato in una sottocartella, o forse hai un blog in una sottocartella per gestire la newsletter?
Hi, Newsletter uses the sender you set on its main options. But your SMTP plugin could override it or it could be change by your provider. Maybe the sender you’re using has not its own mailbox and your provider does not allow to use a different address than the one used to autheticate.

If you cannot update, being that option the default behavior or WP, probably your site is configure to disable the updates. Try to reach out who manage your site.

The limit you set depends on your provider, ask them how many email you can send per hour. The max speed reported is the capability of your server.
Anyway, that error could not be the problem you face about mail delivery. That error may block the email deliver or may not. You should even ask the provider if there are blocks on their mailing system.
Hi, probably there is the plugin “AKTT” (I don’t know what it is) which is not using correctly the WP functions. You should report them that error.

DKIM is a signature for emails which is made using a couple of key and one key must be exposed in your DNS. We do not manage that kind of signature, but your provider could add it to outgoing emails.

Hi, if you can add a field in your registration form probably with our wp user registration addon you can register the subscription as well. See our documentation of that addon.
That notice cannot be removed. If you have that addon you probably purchased it in the past, it has never been free. If you don’t need it, just uninstall it.

The external mailing services we refer are integrated to deliver the emails you create with Newsletter. All them offers the SMTP if you want to try them without or addons (but the bounce management and the more performant delivering via API won’t be available).

About the advanced composer blocks, yes, we have a block which extracts the CPT but be aware that a CPT is basically only a title, text and image, a generic block cannot know the full nature of a CPT and display its metadata.

Those themes are for automated channels created using the classic theme system. If you use the new composer, you can create the theme using the available blocks.

Hi, the cron is not related to the signup. If the signup freezes, probably your mailing system is vert slow. Try a test from the status panel.
The cron manager can execute the jobs, and it’s ok, the problem there is the missing automatic execution. Check the suggested link on the status panel to add an external trigger.

Usually this is due to a plugin which injects its javascript in our page. Usually a plugin which uses the WP visual editor.
