Subscriber Referral

I just downloaded and installed NewsLetter and the plugins. I want to be able to set up a subscriber referral program, where a current subscriber can give out a referral link to have people subscribe to the newsletter through the link that they gave out and receive credit for having people subscribe through the link. The issuing link subscriber can see in their subscription dashboard how many referrals they have so that when they get to certain levels they can receive rewards.

Is there a way to be able to do this in The Newsletter Plugin?
