Transferring leads from Hubspot to Newsletter

I have downloaded my leads/contacts from Hubspot and onto an excel sheet to be transferred into the Newsletter plugin. However, Newsletter continues to say “error” for all of my contacts/leads. I have altered the columns in the Newletter plugin to match Hubspots columns and it still says error. What an I do to transfer these leads/contacts from Hubspot and into Newletter?

Hi, if you use our advanced import addon, logs panel under status, you can find the reason for errors. For example the field separator is a common import problem.
