How to add tags into emails?

Where is the documentation that details what tags (merge fields) are available to use in the creation of newsletters and/or emails? I was able to guess and get the first name merge field to work by using {name}, but I really would like to be able to find the full list of tags.

P.S. The documentation on this plugin seems to be sorely lacking.
