Email Sent Log – Is there one?

I am new to the plugin and I love it! — Sent my first small trial test newsletter to a about 30 people.
Then I went ahead and sent it to my list (603 folks)
I liked it so much that went ahead and purchased the Premium version as I wanted to see more statistics and implement the Bounce Manager addon

My Question:
The statistics page for that newsletter shows: Target:43 / Opens: 5
Should the target be 603 ? Did the emails failed to send?
Follow up question:
Is there a log of the emails sent? How do I troubleshoot this?

Hi, the reports addon has many more details, but for delivery debugging you can enable the log level to debug on main settings.
