    Michael, unless there’s some other issue, Newsletter’s Captcha sometimes prevents subscriptions alright, but not spammers, just people trying to sign up. Not everyone knows why a random math problem seems to come up.
    Today, I watched a guy get blacklisted while trying to sign in twice from my own phone.
    We currently assemble and send the Newsletter through your plugin and send it out via Brevo. Is it possible for assemble the newsletter through your plugin but have the subscriber database managed by Brevo?

    Hi, I’ve had a third person blocked. I think I’m going to remove the captcha until someone answers my question on how to unblock them. but that makes me wonder, what exactly is the harm of all the bots now being able to sign up? Can anyone tell me what damage that actually does?
    Thanks,
    Walter

    For what it is worth, this is what I’m asking our dev to put by the subscribe form for now:

    After clicking Subscribe, solve the simple math problem to confirm you’re human and not one of the bots who try to break into sites. Don’t click multiple times; this may block you. Need help? Email news@thecascadian.com with a screenshot if possible.

    fyi Bruno I’m asking them in a ticket how many times people can attempt to log in before they get on the blacklist. Then at least I could warn people to stop after a certain number of attempts.

    Hi there, I am getting the same question from a few subscribers who are confused why there is a math problem. Is there a way to implement another kind of Captcha?

    Perfect. Thank you; it’s right there. These look great.
    I notice in the YouTube video and on that page, there are four choices. The top one says “Disable.” In my install, it’s marked No. Now, in the YouTube video, it’s marked Yes. What is it that I am disabling with that choice?

    I really appreciate that page, https://www.thenewsletterplugin.com/documentation/subscription/antiflood/ as it has a lot of good information I will implement. But the path List Building / Security no longer exists. Where does one find the security settings now?

    Hey, I cannot find a place to create a new forum post, so I am borrowing this thread in hopes a smart user sees it. I’m only a Professional subscriber so maybe we can’t create posts.

    I can delete it later if that’s offensive. I’m sure it’s a super simple question.

    I am using Automated to create a digest and this is my setting:
    The Cascadian | {dynamic_subject} | {date_M j}
    But when I send a test to gmail, I see in my inbox:
    The Cascadian | {dynamic_subject} | Nov 22 [PREVIEW]

    So I’m sure I did something wrong, how do you get dynamic subject to actually populate with the last blog post title?
