ParticipantAlright. Thank you very much for your support!

ParticipantAlright. Thanks for the clarification. On that note, would you happen to know how I could find out from which IP the newsletters are being sent?

ParticipantHello. Thank you for your comment, but my question in this case wasn’t about that. My concern is that, from a few months ago until now, we’ve been experiencing multiple sending errors (each of a different type) when sending newsletters. What I’d like to know is whether there’s any way to reduce these errors. For example, here are some of the errors we’re encountering:
1) SMTP Error: The following recipients failed: xxx@xxx.com: TenantAttribution; Relay Access Denied [No TLS] [DU2PEPF00028D12.eurprd03.prod.outlook.com 2025-07-31T06:35:11.991Z 08DDCC38D23F2E22]
2) SMTP Error: The following recipients failed: xxx@xxx.es: Mail received as unauthenticated, incoming to a recipient domain configured in a hosted tenant which has no mail-enabled subscriptions. ATTR5 [DU2PEPF00028D0D.eurprd03.prod.outlook.c
3) SMTP Error: The following recipients failed: xxx@xxx: Mail sent to the wrong Office 365 region. ATTR35. For more information please go to https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=865268 [No TLS] [AMS0EPF000001AB.eurprd05.prod.outlook.
I’m not sure if there might be some configuration that would allow me to bypass these errors. Thank you in advance.

ParticipantHello, we are currently running Version 8.9.9.
User
ParticipantYes, it appears. Thank you very much for your help.
User
ParticipantThank you very much, Michael. Indeed, I’ve been able to update it now. Where could I enable the option for a newsletter to be sent even if it encounters errors, as Stefano mentioned earlier?
User
ParticipantSorry Stefano, I’m not quite sure what you mean exactly. Where can I do what you’re suggesting?
User
ParticipantHi Stefano, thank you very much for your response.
It’s true that I currently have the SMTP addon installed in version 1.2.1, but at the moment, no update to version 1.2.2 appears to be available in WordPress. -
