I have the archives visible on a page of my own: https://www.unexpectedtraveller.com/the-bon-vivant-archive/ using the following shortcode: [newsletter_archive type="automated_2"/]

I would really like to change the date that’s displayed so that it’s zero-padded. What I mean is I want “2025-6-25” to appear as “2025-06-25” (i.e., the month should always be two digits) and the same for the day (“2025-12-4” to appear as “2025-12-04”). Is this possible because I can’t seem to find the setting for the dates?

• I deleted my testpage and created a new page: new testpage
• I entered and deleted and entered all possible combinations</l>
• I had 2 lists: list #1 contains all subscribers, list #2 was thought to be a test list and had no entries. In a second step I deleted the testlist

• We have now 3 sent newsletters
• [newsletter_archive /] shows 2 items. first one is missing
• with listparameters it is still not correct:
  • list=” 1″ shows only the last newsletter, 1 of 3!
  • list=”2″ shows 0 of 3

So the archive is actually absolutely wrong…. The list of all newsletters in the admin does not show to which list the newsletter is sent…

We are using the Archive plugin with the [newsletter_archive] shortcode. This works fine, thank you.
But we have now more than one list and all lists are displayed together on the archive page. This makes the plugin useless for us. Is there any workaround? I couldn’t find a selection method in the documentation.

I installed the archive plugin
made a new page called newsletter-archiv https://wagemut-salon.de/newsletter-archiv/
[newsletter_archive]
all newsletters are listed
but clicking on each single newsletter makes an empty page like https://wagemut-salon.de/newsletter-archiv/?email_id=11

newsletter id 11 should be shown like here: https://wagemut-salon.de/?na=view&id=11

could somebody help me please.

Hi
I tried to install the add-on which uses a shortcode Newsletter_Archive to display our newsletters.
I placed it on a seperate page but am only able to get the Newsòetter form to show.

Any ideas? I have tried the settings but no effect.

This is a feature suggestion, I guess. It should be possible to extend the newsletter_archive shortcode with a “lists” argument that allows you to display an archive of only certain lists. That’s not currently possible, right? All the lists are currently lumped together.
