    Hi, we’re also waiting for updates on this matter.
    According to the data protection authority, explicit consent to data processing must be requested during registration, so as to distinguish those who agree to be tracked from those who do not (similar to privacy acceptance). Either in two separate lists, so as to send the message with or without tracking, or an automatic system must be installed that recognizes the user flag and disables tracking only for those who have not given consent.
