Hi there,
I’ll have to bring this issue back to relevance – I’m having issues with the Welcome email. It’s all set (at least from what I can see) but it doesn’t get triggered by a new subscription (single opt-in). I’ve installed Autoresponder (in case it was needed) and I’m using SMPT2Go – the newsletter delivery is fine so I’m not sure what the problem could be.

If you could look into this issue it would be greatly appreciated.
