I’ve noticed there’s been a new version, and I’ve updated it, but the same issue persists.
Last week, I emailed you regarding the admin access—have you had a chance to log in or check it yet?

Hi Michael,
Up until 30 September 2025, when you clicked “Add new”, the template panel popped up automatically.
Since yesterday (1 October 2025), the template panel no longer appears.
Also, the first grey button (the one I believe is the template button) doesn’t respond at all.

The first gray button does not do anything.
However Template tab does open templates when click the first gray button.
The above screenshot is from “Add new” button from the Newsletters page as shown below.

FYI.. I have updated to 8.9.8 and I don’t use the legacy themes rather we have our own template for the newsletters.

There is no template button on the editor toolbar.

Thank you for your reply.
No, the popup does not show up, that’s the problem.
Is there any bypass this issue?
