Thank you for your feedback. The plugin is activated according to the plugin settings. I have also checked the post page settings, but I can’t find the deactivation of the plugin here either. It is neither displayed in the right area nor in the page settings. Another plugin is displayed, I can see that, but unfortunately not yours.
Hello, I came across this forum post while searching for a solution to my problem. Unfortunately I can’t find a way to open a thread, so I’d like to join in here and hope for an answer.
I have installed the Instasend extension and would now like to have my post as a newsletter. However, I cannot see the Instasend widget in my admin area. However, the installation of the extension went smoothly. What can I do to fix the error? Does the post have to have certain specifications for the widget to appear at all? Of course the post is published.
