    Oops. the sql query didn’t resolve, they keep come back to step 1

    Can you show me where THIS is? I do NOT see and reset and retart option.

    “use “Reset and restart” option in Autoresponder channel’s settings. Every subscribers will be removed from the whole channel. “

    I resolved by going into the database and doing DELETE FROM wp_newsletter_autoresponder_steps WHERE step = 1 (and then 2)

    Micheal, yes. I understand the Sendgid error because of hundreds of emails going out.

    Can you be more specific as to where to find this? I cannot find reset and retart.
    The closest I found was restart on subscription which didn’t remove the subscribers.

    Please elaborate
