    Hello Stefano — I have exactly the same problem, in the Status page the Action call reports “KO” in red. Checking the address provided shows a blank page with “OK” though.

    I accessed my server with a shell and pinging my own domain works as expected.

    What’s the issue here?

    Thanks Stefano – please let me know if there’s any news! That’s an important malfunction, cause without knowing which addresses give an error on delivery I can’t keep my list clean and my messages are then marked as spam by delivering servers…

    Also, the Status page states that “Mailer – Internal SMTP”, although I’ve set up and enabled the use of an external SMTP (my provider’s) in Settings –> SMTP. What am I missing?

    Thanks for answering.
    I have already contacted my provider, waiting on a reply.
    Would an SMTP Plugin help in any way? How does Newsletter Plugin handle SMTP?
