    Hi
    I just installed the WP Comments extension, it came trough with a message “plugin installed and activated” when I tried to go to the configuration page I got ‘Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.’ I tried both in my staging area and mu main working area, with the same results. It looks like a kind of permission problem, but anyway I am posting it here. From the cpanel file manager does not show any does not show any permission problem.

    BTW: I installed directly from your repository, other plugins were installed by downloading and uploading.

    Hi could you kindly open a ticket for support on commercial extensions?

    Anyway, are you accessing the site as admin or another role? That could be the problem.

    Sorted, I cleared the W3 cache and replaced the salts keys (just in case) the problem went away.
    BTW: I was accessing as admin.
