Greetings, Community. I’m currently setting up our Newsletter using this amazing plugin, but I’m running into a few issues:

I want to send my newsletters from a specific email address. I have already changed the license to a different email, which is configured and verified, but it still keeps using the email address configured within WordPress.

I have 3 active lists — 1 public (for registering all new visitors) and 2 private lists for internal use only. I’ve tried all the shortcodes mentioned in the plugin documentation, but subscriptions are still being added to all 3 lists.

If anyone has any idea how to fix this, please let me know.

    Hello,

may I ask you what you mean by “i have already changed the license to a different email”? Licenses email have nothing to do with the address you’re sending your newsletters from. You should check which address is currently used by going to Settings > General > Sender.

About your subscription forms: do you have a live example I might look at?

I’m sharing the link where you can see live the form I’m using for the subscription to the list I want: https://visapourcanada.com/nos-services/infolettre-visapourcanada-par-johanne-boivin-drapeau/

Right now, it’s using this shortcode, as I’m trying to solve this issue by pointing it directly to the desired list: [tnp_form id=”1″]

Likewise, I’ve also used this other shortcode, as you can see, also trying to point it directly to my list number 1: [newsletter_form list="1" /]

In short, I’ve tested a few variations, but none have worked so far.
On another note, regarding the General Settings and changing the address from which to send the newsletters, I also made that change, but it didn’t work either.
So I tried creating an account in their system with a new license to test it — but that didn’t work either.
At this point, I’m even considering uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin so that the database refreshes all parameters from scratch.
