    Hello -

Today I produced a rather lengthy newsletter and sent it to subscribers (successfully). Shortly after sending it, someone new signed up to the mailing list. I would like to be able to send this new subscriber, and any others who sign up today, a copy of this recent newsletter. When I go to edit the existing newsletter, it doesn't present me with a sending option any longer. Is there a method by which I can send the same existing newsletter to any subscriber who has not yet received it? If not, is there a "send to single address" method where I can manually enter their address and have a copy sent? (Not a test copy, but a final copy). Thanks. Hello,

we don't have that feature at the moment, but I've passed this to our developers for further consideration.

    Thanks,
    Michael

@bob what you can do is what I do. Just create a temporary mailing list and add those new subscribers to the list. Then copy (Duplicate) your old Newsletter and resend it to those subscribers.

Yeah, it's a pain. And you'll probably have to keep doing this many times. But currently it's the only way.

Unfortunately, this feature has been requested here over and over. They keep saying they are thinking about it and that they have forwarded the requests to the developers. Hopefully they added before we lose all hope 🙂

    Hello, Eli -
Thanks for suggesting that workaround, I had thought about doing something like that myself. The issue for me, at least, is if people hit unsubscribe on that temporary mailing list, they're still subscribed to the main list, so they might get irritated at receiving future mailings. I do hope that the developers come up with a solution. Since the plugin appears to log what subscribers have been sent a newsletter, it should be rather trivial to have some code that compares the table of current subscribers with the list of past recipients, and send an existing newsletter to those who were never previously sent it.

Why not use the welcome email as first welcome and to send some content? Or you can evaluate to use an email series.
