Having trouble sending a newsletter to all subscribers

1. As soon as a I select a newsletter to send there is an error at the top of the page:

“This newsletter will be sent to not confirmed subscribers.”

?

2. The settings on the “Targeting option don’t make sense? What should they be? “Match all of”, Must not in one of” This one makes no sense what it means? Does Status “Not Confirmed” mean the newsletter will be sent to “Not Confirmed email addresses?

The plugin used to work but after a few updates no longer works.

Hi, the notice means you selected, on that newsletter targeting, to send the email to not confirmed subscribers, usually you want to send only to confirmed. That option is used to resend a request for activation to who never activated the subscription.
