    hi,

    will there be a contract for “Commission pursuant to Section 11 BDSG”? With the DSGVO it’s requiered to make a contract with all services which handles user data like newsletter services.

    Hi, we’re not data processor for you, we only provide a pieace of software with no data exchange with us. So you don’t need a contract with us.
