Look forward to seeing this happen!
I would imagine its not to tricky as gravity forms seems to easily transfer data to a whole host of other plugins. Look forward to hearing more

Is no one else experiencing this issue? I am on multiple sites on multiple servers.
    All using cloudflare flexible SSL

No matter what I do, it will always resort back to //
Even disabling canonical URLs it still reverts back

    Hi
Yes we are using cloudflare to provide https://
We are using the cloudflare flexible SSL plugin to stop the redirect loop issue and have changed the site address as follows

    WordPress Address (URL)
    http://www.postpullers.co.uk
    Site Address (URL)
    https://www.postpullers.co.uk

We are also using the All in one SEO plugin with Canonical URLs set to https://

If I manually change the links to https and press save, it will work for that one time. But when I go back to edit the newsletter again, they all replace themselves with //

Also, I found that if an email is sent with // in the picture URL it will crash MS Outlook

Okay so I think I have figured out what is going wrong

The image is being inserted with //www. rather than http://www.

If I manually change them to http://www then they show up fine in the email.
If I change one, save and test it, then go back and edit the others (or anyhting else for that matter) the first image loses the http part and returns to //www.

    Is this a bug?

Now my setup uses cloudflare to provide SSL which is handled via the cloudflare plugin. Not sure if this could be related but thought it would be worth mentioning.
