    Hi Stefano,

    I tried changing my sender email/name on Newsletter Main settings, and I tried to send a newsletter to 1 test subscribers but she didn’t receive the test newsletter. But it is showing that the test newsletter has been sent. Why is that?

    Before scheduling, I checked all the gender and 2 lists group of subscribers under the targeting, Could this be the reason why? Because with under the status the “Message sent” is 0 of 0, after I unchecked the lists and all the gender the “Message sent” became 0 of 951 (951 is the number of my subscribers).
