    Hi Stefano,

this is exactly the option we are looking for. Thanks for your first class support!

    Remarks:
In our case, one events is created over night:
startdate and starttime: 28.06.2025 08.00 pm
enddate and endtime: 29.06.2025 04:00 am

in the newsletter both dates are listet (in one event).

i printed the newsletter for month june 2025 in pdf format. how can i send the pdf to you, to show the output?

A small solution we can do is, to set the end of the event to same day 11:55 pm.

If the filter only reads the startdate of each event (and ignores the enddate), every looks 100% perfect.

    greetings
    Thomas

    Hi Michael,

thanks for your reply. That’s exactly what we need.
Currently we send our newsletter (in MS Word format) around the 25th of each month for the coming month –> “next month events”.

Sometimes we are late an we are sending our newsletter at the beginning of a month –> “actual month events”.

What we don’t understand is why the developers implemented a limit on the number of events (max. 20) in the first place. It must not matter to the developer how many events there are, right? As already described, we have between 15 and 25 events each month. If we always have to adjust this manually, we can’t automate this newsletter in particular, and we would miss out on a valuable time saving for someone.

Furthermore, it would be useful to be able to use a variable in a text area (header, mail subject, etc.) that displays the current month for which the newsletter should be created.

For example, if we wanted to send a newsletter today:

Today is the month of April 2025.
We are sending a newsletter for May 2025 (next month events).
Then the variable should also display the month of May:
Example: Our events in “May” 2025.
The month of the events can be calculated based on the event data (date or next month events).

I like this plugin very much and i hope we can find a solution.

    Greetings
    Thomas
