"Wrong email" error on blank page

Hi im having some trouble in this page with the plugin http://www.toloache.design

When trying to suscribe it shows a blank page with “Wrong email” showing in it, i´ve seen people with same problems but i tried some “fixes” and nothing seems to work i need a little help plz

this is code im using to call form:

The form in the popup seems to work correctly but mu should set “target=”_top”” in the form tag. I was not able to find the form not working.
