Widget options

Hello! We are trying to setup forms for our website.

Our theme (variations) allows us to add a Newsletter widget, which works great.

But we can’t figure out how to change certain options of the widget (like, ajax=true) since we only find shortcode ways to do so — and the widget does’t seem to be made out of a shortcode (we chose it in some kind of widget lists and only has the labels and lists settings on it).

Where should we look and what should we try?

Ok we will do that! TY Michael.

In the meantime, I am using the widget and I checked a list for this form users to be automatically added to. But the people who subscribed via this widget since then were not automatically added to any list. Is there a setting that might be interfering?

Hello Sam,

if you set the default list for that form after any users already subscribed, those users haven’t been added to any list. You need to select those users and add to the desired list manually.
