    We have a site where we want to send people a string of emails over time. But I do not see where we can send using the FOLLOW UP plugin. It is just ALL SUBSCRIBERS.

    This is one of the reasons we purchased your plugins, so that we can send email campaigns to paid individuals.

    Please tell me how we can do this.

    Hi, customer support is offered via ticket, see the support entry in this site. To segment your subscribers you can use the lists. The follow up extension is used to plan a series of emails that starts when a reader become a subscriber.
