User roles

I am assigning the task of sending newsletters to one of my collaborators but he must have the ability to only use newsletters as a skill.

The problem is that only the administrator has the ability to manage the newsletters. How can I make this ability available to even just one user?

Hi, you can grant general access to the plugin from the plugin’s main settings. Some panels are anyway reserved to the administrator role.
